Duration of the Privacy Policy

At the moment of submitting your data, you agree to contact us and thereby give us the right to put you on our mailing list – the moment of permission is your express consent to contact. The protection of the privacy of your data is permanent, and at any time you can ask to be excluded from our mailing list via the links found within each communication or by sending a direct request. After that, we will use your data exclusively for the purpose of internal statistical data processing.

Content of the Privacy Policy

We do not sell or rent your e-mail address and other data, and we will not make them available to third parties without your consent. Monolitinvest d.o.o. will  not spam you. Monolitinvest d.o.o. is not responsible for an accidental error or an error due to force majeure or other objective circumstances that cause an accidental violation of the guaranteed protection of your data, but guarantees that the error will be corrected, if possible, as soon as possible.

We collect only those personal data that have been submitted to us voluntarily. We do not require you to submit information in order to allow you access to our sites, and we do not ask you to disclose more information than is actually necessary for registration purposes.

We do not sell, transfer or disclose the data we collect on our websites to anyone on the organizational team, except for:

Server statistics

Our global network server uses statistical software. These programs are a standard feature of all Internet servers and are not unique to our sites.
